This website is operated by Naturopathic Alchemy PTY LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Naturopathic Alchemy. Naturopathic Alchemy offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Retail store Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns on the nature of change of mind. A change of mind is defined as wanting to change products due to not liking the smell or the colour or the product.
If your order is delivered faulty or damaged we will replace or credit the amount. For this to proceed we require photos of the goods to be emailed to us before proceeding with a refund or replacement, we will ship out a replacement or provide a store/online credit for you. Faulty product is defined as having the contents leaked out of the packaging, or the packaging glass has been damaged or compromised.
If your product is found to be defective on opening or before the expiry date we will accept a replacement and mail out with no additional shipping charge. Wholesale Buyers
If products have been bought wholesale, and you wish to change your mind and return it please send to the return address on the label. If faulty or damaged in transit please take a photo of the shipping label on the box and photos of the damaged goods forward to our email naturopathicalchemy@gmail.com and we will replace & ship up free of charge new products for your business OR refund including the shipping fee of the goods (example one bottle damaged will be taken from the individual weight & of the whole cost of shipping fee). If you do not send the photos we can not proceed with replacing or refunding the cost of goods.
Shipping and Handling
fulfilling your order from our business can take up to 7 business days, this is rare but can happen. Delivery of goods can take up to 20 business days depending on Australia post and our other couriers availability. Our company does not have any control over how fast our couriers deliver to you. If the goods have been found to be lost, a replacement will be shipped out.
SKIN CARE PRODUCTS
We take safety as the first priority. All Skin care bought directly from our website or from a store in person must always follow the instructions on the packaging, if a product is purchased without packaging or without visible instructions it must be returned to the shop/store free of charge and replaced with one that does have instructions visible on it. All products have a risk of contamination of other ingredients (including nuts, seeds, pollen, plant materials). We can not guarantee 100% non contamination. Each product is made with extreme caution, safety and followed by Good manufacturing practise standards.
All products should be patch tested on a discreet location for 24 hours first and If a reaction does occur the customer MUST STOP USE and seek medical aid immediately. All products come with safety warnings and instructions of use. if an adverse reaction occurs, the customer will have a complete refund of the product. A person with known allergic reaction to any ingredients stated should not use.
We are not liable for any damages to the customer or client if they have not followed directions as instructed on the product.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We cannot guarantee that each bottle is exact replica of another same flavour bottle due to the nature of all botanicals being different sizes and colours, or guarantee your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate and represent this.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. For each client we are obliged by Australian Law to hold all information with confidentiality. All private information is stored by multiple levels of password protection, hardware and safety protocols. Each clients information is held for 7 years. If a child is under the age of 18, their information will be held until they are 18 and an additional 7 years time after. Any client can request their own information however we do require a signature of a medical release form as well as a small admin fee for the time it takes to download and send.
SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

SECTION 21- PAYMENT TERMS
When paying for services, payment can be made via Stripe or bank transfer for Australian clients. International clients may request PayPal if they are unable to use Stripe. Some services come with payment plans available. The information about payment plan options will be provided to prospective clients when requested. Unless otherwise arranged, online payments are made using Stripe – to see their security information, If you choose to save your credit card details through Stripe, it will be stored as per their security protocols.
SECTION 22-DOWNLOADS
We are not responsible for viruses or any other damage which might occur as a result of downloading material from this site or any linked site.
SECTION 23 - CLIENTS CARE & BOOKING DEPOSITS
If a person decides to see a practitioner under Naturopathic Alchemy Pty Ltd on booking an initial or return consult, then they decide they are not happy with their time or date of booking they then must inform us within 24 hours of wishing to ether cancel, change or alter the booking time and slot. Less then 24 hours of notice to the practitioner then they will lose their deposit of their booking. If it is over 24 hours, the booking deposit fee is refunded via stripe. Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days. If this time has passed and no refund has been made our admin will look into it further on behalf of the consumer.
SECTION 24 SENSITIVE INFORMATION
All clients are required before their initial consult to complete the initial intake form, stating their medications, supplements, dosages, any current health conditions and any allergies or sensitivities. Each clients information is held securely in our online database, protected by multiple security measures. Active clients will also have their current treatment notes, pathology and health information held under Splose’s privacy agreement (https://splose.com/privacy-policy) and we follow their compliancy recommendations. Each clients data is held for 7 years which is an Australian legal requirement. A child must have their information held until they are 18 years of age and an additional 7 years after that. Any client who wishes to stop treatment with Naturopathic Alchemy or see’s an alternative Naturopathic practitioner under a different medical care must cease all prescriptions and treatments prescribed to them. Each client is obliged to inform their practitioner under Naturopathic Alchemy to advise of any medication changes, adverse reactions, or allergy reactions or allergy changes. If a clients complete health information is not provided then any adverse reactions may not be expected or evaluated for contradictions. We take great care in assessing every medication/supplement and any potential reaction that may occur is analysed under the natural medicines database.
SECTION 25 - ADVERSE REACTIONS
Each clients/customers must cease use immediately if an adverse or unexpected reaction occurs. A person must seek medical aid immediately and inform their practitioner of what’s occurred immediately. Very rarely allergies can occur in unknown circumstances. Each product should be kept away from children and not be used with wet hands to avoid breaking the glass. Each product has ingredients listed on it and may contain traces of other common allergens including pollen, fertilizer, dust, grass, essential oils and fragrances. A full refund will be provided if an adverse reaction occurs to a product and any remaining product left needs to be dropped off or sent back to our clinic/mailing address so further assessment of the product can occur. We will recall any other products that may have further contamination and will advise the shop owner or customers if this occurs.
SECTION 26 - 90 DAYS TO SKIN & GUT CLARITY COURSE
This course information is for general educational purposes, a person should not proceed with any recommendations if they have not been checked and confirmed safe for the person by their GP or medical doctor. This is not substituted medical diagnosis or should ever be interpreted as. This information is not a substitute for, nor a replacement of, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users agree not to hold Naturopathic Alchemy PTY LTD or their agents or employees responsible for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or lack of results while implementing any information or suggestions provided. This includes such claims which themselves, their children, parents, heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate have or may have that allege ordinary negligent acts or omissions of Naturopathic Alchemy PTY LTD. Users of this guide acknowledge that reliance and adherence to any of the information provided is at the user's own risk and compliance by the user is completely voluntary, and that they are responsible for monitoring their own health condition throughout making any changes to their diet and/or lifestyle.
